60-Day Returns

You have 60 days after delivery to request a return on eligible Faith Label items.

Return condition

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original protective pouch or packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to start a return

Email helpfaithlabel@outlook.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We’ll reply with the next steps within 24 hours.

Refund timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take an additional 2–5 business days to post the credit.

Damages or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Final sale items

Gift cards, digital downloads, and used items are not eligible for return unless required by law.
