Is Faith Label jewelry safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our pieces are selected with hypoallergenic, nickel-safe materials so they can be worn comfortably for daily use.

Will my piece tarnish?

Faith Label pieces use tarnish-resistant finishes for normal daily wear. For the longest life, keep your jewelry dry when possible and avoid chlorine, saltwater, harsh perfumes, and abrasive cleaners.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment partner within 1 business day, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays.

How long does delivery take?

Standard U.S. delivery usually arrives in 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.

Do you ship internationally?

Faith Label currently focuses on U.S. delivery. International shipping may become available as fulfillment expands.

What is the return policy?

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return on eligible unworn items in original packaging.
