Our return window You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any Faith Label piece for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees. Condition The piece must be unworn and returned in its original protective pouch and packaging. How to start a return Email helpfaithlabel@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid U.S. return label within 24 hours. When you'll get your refund Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take an additional 2-5 business days to display the credit. Sanctuary Club orders Sanctuary Club purchases are eligible for the same 30-day return policy.
